The Bike Rodeo is a fun and engaging event designed to help our community learn and practice bicycle safety—welcoming riders of all ages, from tricycles and up. Participants are invited to bring their own bikes and helmets as they navigate a safety course and a variety of exciting obstacle challenges, with the option to go through as many times as they’d like. Complimentary helmets will be available for those who need one.
While taking a break, enjoy a free hot dog and snacks, and take time to explore our sponsor booths. Be sure to check in at the registration table upon arrival to receive your raffle tickets for a chance to win great prizes. We look forward to seeing you there!
With a Gold Level ($250 sponsorship), your business will receive valuable visibility throughout the event. Your logo will be featured on outdoor signage throughout the city of Washington, and your business will be highlighted in the event passport distributed to participants.
Sponsors are also invited to include a promotional item (featuring your business logo, if desired) in the participant goody bags. These bags are provided to every attendee, offering a great opportunity to connect with the community. To participate, please provide 200 items to Grace Bible Church by May 19 to ensure inclusion in the giveaway. Your business will be listed on the goody bags as a Gold Level Sponsor.
As a Major Sponsor ($500 sponsorship), your business will receive premier visibility and meaningful engagement opportunities throughout the event. Your logo will be prominently featured on outdoor signage, mentioned in radio announcements (PSA's), in piublic communications on social media and by letter or card. You will receive a full-page advertisement in the Bike Rodeo Passport (attendees will visit your business to receive a stamp on their passport on their path to earning a completed passport prize.) Participants must visit ALL participating major sponsors and recieve a stamp in their passport to receive their completion prize. In addition, this sponsorship level includes a 10’ x 10’ space at the event, allowing you to connect directly with attendees and showcase your business.
Free Goody Bags will be distributed to all parrticipants at the event. Major Sponsors logos will be displayed prominently on the attractive white plastic bags. You are also invited to include a promotional item (featuring your business logo, if desired) in the participant goody bags. The primary pupose of this giveaway is to promote your partnership with the Bike Rodeo and promote your business.. To participate in the giveaway of goody's, please provide 200 items to Grace Bible Church by May 19.
To confirm your sponsorship, please contact Lisa at the GBC office at 309-444-4147. You will be asked to provide your business logo and submit payment for the selected sponsorship level.
