A Message From David & Lisa Nuest

We are excited to be taking a group of students from Grace Bible Church to Guatemala in 2027! For many of our students, this will be their first experience serving God outside the United States.  We are looking forward to seeing how God uses this experience to grow their faith, stretch them, and help them see His work in a whole new way.
Our students will be working hard to raise the funds needed for this trip, learning to trust God to provide along the way. We would love for you to be part of the journey with us!
Whether you support us through prayer, encouragement, or a financial gift, thank you for investing in the lives of these students and helping make this opportunity possible.
We’re excited to see what God is going to do!

Your Opportunity

Grace Bible Church Youth is the youth ministry of Grace Bible Church in Washington, Illinois. Our team is preparing for a short-term mission trip to Guatemala—an opportunity to serve others, share the love of Jesus, and grow in our faith. Before departure, we will focus on cultivating servant humility and building spiritual resilience as we learn to depend on God. Our preparation will also include training to help lead Vacation Bible School (VBS), and learning about Guatemalan culture.

Would you prayerfully consider supporting the participation of the Guatemala team in this mission trip with a financial gift? All gifts given to the team will be equally divided among the participants. If you would like to give, you may send a check payable to Grace Bible Church, with "Guatemala Team" written on the memo line. You may also give online by clicking the GIVE ONLINE button located below. Thank you for considering partnering with us. Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity mean so much as we prepare to serve in Guatemala.
With gratitude,
THE GUATEMALA TEAM

A mission trip during the formative years of faith can help a young person develop the humility to learn, the courage to serve, and a lasting love for people beyond their own community.
